Experience luxury and breathtaking views in this ADA compliant 4-bedroom cottage located in the heart of Crested Butte. This exquisite home is the epitome of mountain elegance, combining high-end amenities and sophisticated design to create an unforgettable retreat.

Paintbrush features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two king-sized beds, one queen and 5 twins (bunk style) to comfortably accommodate guests. One of the king bedrooms is upstairs, while the second is on the ground floor. The queen room and bunk room are both downstairs. Each bedroom is a haven of tranquility, designed to ensure restful sleep after a day of mountain adventures.

Boasting four full bathrooms off of each bedroom and one half bath by the living room, the property offers privacy and convenience. The ground floor full bathroom off of the king bedroom has a large shower with a shower seat. The upstairs full bathroom has a standalone bathtub in addition to the shower, allowing for ultimate relaxation. Each bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and fittings, enhancing the luxurious feel of the home.

Step into the high-end kitchen, where stone countertops and state-of-the-art appliances invite you to indulge your culinary skills. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a simple snack, this kitchen is a chef’s delight.

The living area is warmly inviting, featuring a cozy fireplace where you can gather for evenings of relaxation and conversation. In addition to the main living area, there is an entertainment room downstairs with a large television. This property offers a private hot tub, located just off of the patio outside. The patio also has furniture and a grill, allowing for an outdoor cooking experience.
