Questo condominio 2 BR situato in posizione superba si trova alla base dell'ascensore Peachtree a Crested Butte Mt. Ricorrere. L'unità n. 103 si trova proprio accanto alla vasca idromassaggio e al patio comune con barbecue. Il nostro condominio è stato recentemente aggiornato per includere nuovi elettrodomestici, biancheria, TV e arredamento d'interni.

Goditi le splendide viste sul monte Crested Butte dagli ampi balconi. Esci dalla porta principale e scendi 1 rampa di scale per iniziare la tua avventura di sci / snowboard.

Perfetto per piccole famiglie o due coppie che desiderano una vacanza veloce. Prezzi modici e completamente arredati, non rimarrete delusi.

Con voli diretti da Dallas, Chicago e Salt Lake City, all'aeroporto regionale di Gunnison (a soli 30 minuti di distanza), inizia a pianificare la tua prossima settimana bianca.

La nostra unità è gestita professionalmente da CB Enterprises ... non una delle grandi società di condominio che fa promesse ma non mantiene.

Really loved my stay - great location with bus stop nearby, mountain view, convenient parking, hot tub, and comfy bed! Condo was perfect in the fall and I can imagine incredible in the winter right by a ski lift. Thanks so much!

Beautiful and steps from the slopes!

We so enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful condo with all the amenities and an excellent view. Right by the hot tub, ski locker and the lift, couldn’t be closer!! We felt it was the best condo location wise in Gateway. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the week. Would love to stay here again.

Great place! It’s exactly as advertised… true ski in ski out. I feel like we got every bit if not more value for what we paid. The place felt very welcoming and homey. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality place to stay in an excellent location.

We've been here before, just can't stay away!

The condo has been remodeled since we stayed here in 2023 - it's so nice and beautiful! Very cozy home away from home, top of the line!Clean and well stocked, plenty of towels, dishes and utensils, tissues, TP, soap, etc. - all we needed was within reach. Such ambiance with the new fireplace, love it!Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and blankets and blackout blinds!Oh and the condo has the best views from each room!Ski-in and ski-out 100%, coming back from skiing we ski all the way to the steps of the building, then it's just a couple of steps to the condo.Walk to shops or the bus which goes into town, don't need to use the car at all. The garage under the building is such a great perk!Communication with owner is fast and easy, it really doesn't get any better.A all around!

Perfect location and wonderful view!!

Our family of four- my husband and myself and our two teenage children- loved this property for itself great location, amazing view, and updated interior. Communication with management was flawless and check in was a breeze since we didn’t have to go to a secondary location to pick up the key! Our second time staying at this property and we’ll be back next year! Looking forward to staying here again!

Skiing Get Away

we've been staying here for almost 20 years. This condo has been completely remodeled and is perfect for a week of skiing. Great views from the balcony, a heated garage, and 10 steps from the Hot Tub. Did I mention that James & Wendy manage the property and they are the best in town. Can't wait to come back to my second home !

NYE at Ski in/out

Perfect location to hop on two different lifts (peach and west wall) that aren’t as busy as the main two right at the base. Ski Locker and hot tub are in ideal locations. Fireworks show for NYE at the base was awesome and well done by CB staff. Master bed was really comfortable and bedding was very cozy! Parking garage is only 6’10” as a heads up to anyone with a rack or large truck. But if you can fit, that garage is a wonderful amenity to this property - warm for vehicles and has an elevator. It snowed well over a foot during our stay and the property staff as well as the city do an amazing job with upkeep. I would loveeee to have had the real fireplace when I got off the slopes! Maybe next time!

Amazing location on the mountain

The Gateway is our favorite property at Mt Crested Butte. The location is the best. Unite 103 was perfect for us- every detail we needed was provided. It was extremely comfortable- with top quality beds and linens and a well stocked kitchen. We made a fire every night - and enjoyed the comfortable couches to relax after a full day of skiing. The view from the wrap-a-round balcony is perfect to watch skiers come down at the end of the day, and the hot tub is just steps away from the unit. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Spring Break 2024

This is the coziest condo right on the slopes...Includes a hot tub 10 steps from the front door and a wrap-around balcony in the back that faces the whole mountain. I don't ever stay anywhere else and this place seems like a second home for us...Oh yeah, did I mention that James and Wendy, who manage this property, are the best on the mountain! They are quick to respond if a problem ever arises, which is seldom. Thanks for having us !!

Ski Trip 2024

This is a wonderful property and very convenient to the slopes. My friends and I enjoyed our stay as much or more than any previous ski trip over the past 15 years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great “on-slope” experience ! This mountain has great terrain and the town has lots of Victorian charm.

Great skiing

Unit was great, next to begining lift made it super easy to walk out ski to that lift then ski over to the main lifts. Anyone that didn’t ski could enjoy watching the kiddo’s learning to ski and board.

As advertised and more

Online booking and check in process was flawless. Condo has great view, 15 steps to the slopes and less than 10 to the hot tub. We walked the slopes to the transit center for the buses to downtown which took about 10 mins. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Convient ski locker about 5 steps from the slope and wonderful foyer in the condo. Had hooks, cubbie holes and places for all our ski clothes. Washer and dryer in foyer that worked great. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. Building is older but condo is nicely updated. Real wood fireplace with plenty of firewood on deck. We were able to watch the groomers come and go. Only con's. The old floors are squeaky and we could hear neighbors above us but nothing that would keep us from staying again.
