Questa unità frontale completamente rinnovata 2BR / 2BA (vista sulle montagne) (licenza di noleggio n. 19-803), unisce il
convenienza di un hotel con la comodità di un condominio. Include master con
letto matrimoniale, camera da letto aggiuntiva con due letti singoli e zona giorno con letto matrimoniale
divano. È l'unico condominio classificato Gold + in tutto il complesso! Progettato
come una suite d'albergo con una cucina completamente attrezzata.
Lettore Blu-RayDVD e 3 TV a schermo piatto tutte con
cavo (incluso HBO). Le unità circondano due grandi atrio che forniscono agli ospiti
con numerosi posti per rilassarsi e visitare gli uni con gli altri. I servizi includono un
piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio, una sala giochi e una lavanderia. Questa unità si trova a soli 800 iarde dalla base ed è la prima fermata (Condo Route), di sole due, sulla linea di autobus che offre un servizio navetta gratuito per la base e la città ogni 15 minuti in inverno e ogni 20 minuti in estate . Grande unità di mountain bike. Il complesso dispone di una stazione di pulizia per biciclette all'aperto, rack interni e / o biciclette possono essere memorizzati sul balcone dell'unità. Centinaia di miglia del miglior single track del Colorado proprio fuori dalla porta.

The condo is charming and provided a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features was the well-equipped kitchen, which included all the amenities necessary to prepare meals for ourselves and our friends. This made it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners together, adding a personal touch to our vacation. Bus stop is just across the street easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to others.

We came to Crested Butte to enjoy the beautiful hiking that is in the area and enjoyed seeing all our favorite wild flowers and a few new ones. It was nice the soak in the hot tub after our hikes and work out our sore muscles.

We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and had everything anyone would need for an extended stay. The walk to the lifts is short and there is not a lot of elevation gain. You can take the same walk to catch the shuttle to town in lieu of driving. If you want to take a shuttle to lifts one is available on the local condo route. While we didn't use the pool or hot tub, we did see many other guests use them and the place is quiet afterhours. The only item of note to pass along, would be that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator. While we didn't mind, anyone who has an issue with that should consider it so they are not surprised.

This was a great spot for getting on quick bus ride to slopes. Condo parking is across from bus stop, so we kept skis in the car for easy storing. Third level does not have a person elevator so stair climbing is required; you can use a dumb waiter for luggage. The hot tub and pool were good for finishing off the day. Kitchen has all tools for cooking; bring your own oil! We did have a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds!

This was the perfect stay for my friends and I for a weekend ski trip. The location is ideal and only an 8 minute walk to the lifts. Was extremely roomy, and we enjoyed having access to the hot tub and swimming pool. Alenka had great communication with me the entire time, and I can’t recommend her place more!

The location is 7 minute walk from the lift, or there is a bus every 15 minutes right outside the building that drops at the mountain! The building is a bit funky with an indoor pool and hot tub, but ideal for families with kids. Kids like pools. You could even go home for nap time or trade off watching the kids. The floor plan is also funky, an indoor hallway to the condo door, and you walk into the bedrooms first, but when you get to the living room & kitchen, there's a beautiful view and big deck facing Columbine Mountain and Mt. Crested Butte! Thoughtfully decorated and appointed.

We enjoyed being walking distance to the base of the mountain and right next to the bus stop into town. I was disappointed to find out both the pool and hot tub weren't working as we booked specifically for that reason. A heads up would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the unit is exactly as described.

Excellent short term rental. Property manager responded quickly to questions. Only a few notes for management. Both pool and spa are closed for repair/maintenance, should be mentioned in the listing. Kitchen equipment very comprehensive. Does need potholders / couldn’t find them. Laundry available on facility but prohibitively expensive -costs $3 for wash, $3 for dry. No A/C and it was tricky to get airflow into the bedroom areas, even with the provided fans.

The location was as described. It is a condo with interior entrance from a shared common area. This unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. There is also no AC. They did supply fans but with no cross ventilation, it did making sleeping hot. Every evening we would have to open the door and put the fan in front of it to pull some cool air in. Everything worked. The balcony has nice view of Mt Crested Butte but is on a main road, so it is a little loud with traffic. Overall, it was a good stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 3 seasons. Pros: 1) Location to slopes, first bus stop on the condo route so you will always have a seat 2) the view from the balcony is breathtaking 3) communication with property manager was quick and easy ; ie pool was freezing and the Alenka communicated with HOA and the temperature was turned it up, still not warm warm but enough for my kids to play in 4) Indoor atrium was nice to get out of the condo on cold days Cons: 1) the temporary hot tub does not work and will not work until after April according to the sign. It has been broken since Jan. The permanent one will take longer than April. It was in the fine print of the listing but you have to look for it 2) this unit is on the 3rd floor, do not stay here if you have any one who has mobility issues as there is no elevator. Moving the stuff up on the dumb waiter was tiresome and not enjoyable 3) outdoor parking- I have stayed at many places with indoor parking with elevator with trolleys; much better for the price 4) no ski lockers so you have to carry your stuff up to your room. Once again, great stay. If I stay again, may stay on first floor.

Good stay. We were there to ski. Shuttle right outside the door to the resort center runs every 15 minutes. The shuttle is a small loop with only 4 stops so very short ride. The walk is about .4 mile so doable but long in ski boots. You can also catch the shuttle to the town from the village. We had everything we needed. Although we only had 1 towel per person I emailed and asked for more but did t get a response about the towels. There are extra towels to use for the pool so we made do. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again.

We had all the necessary appliances and EZ to eat in the condo. It was rather warm in the evening, and the fans were a bit noisy as the master bedroom was poorly ventilated. Upon leaving we noticed a switch which was supposed to control better airflow, purely by accident. Wish that would have been mentioned in the booklet as it would have made the evening more pleasant. Be ready for a walk to get to the door with your luggage, it was much further than expected. Loved the location on the mountain. Very comfortable overall.
