Spacious, new townhome in town of Crested Butte
The Red Lady Guesthouse is a beautiful, fully stocked, high end townhome ideally located in the Town of Crested Butte. The layout & location make it perfect for families, groups & couples. It`s a quick walk to downtown, the free ski mountain & town bus, nordic trails, hiking & biking trails, 3 parks. Grocery store, liquor store & movie theater are just across the park. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths; comfortably sleeps 9. Pets are welcome. The large fully fenced yard is great for dogs & children.
The Red Lady Guesthouse is comfort convenience and charm all rolled up in one. This pet and child-friendly townhome offers an ideal in town location. Just 2 blocks to the grocery store, bus stop, movie theater, 1 block to town park where the Alpenglow concerts are held & a short walk to downtown. The RLG is located across the street from the school & just a few minutes to free mtn/town bus, nordic trails, hiking & biking trails, parks. You can leave your car parked & walk your entire visit!
The space
Our townhome is comfortable, clean, new and fresh. The high-end finishes, new furniture, new towels, and linens give it a refined but relaxed feeling. It is extensively stocked for guests convenience and comfort during their stay.
On the first floor, you`re welcomed with a spacious entryway that is supplied with lots of hooks for hanging jackets, backpacks, walking sticks, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer/dryer and a large mechanical closet that is perfect for drying out ski boots and ski clothing. These first floor bedrooms each have a new, comfortable queen bed, and in 1 of the bedroom there is a twin bed.
The middle floor is where you`ll find the kitchen, living, dining areas, and access to the deck. The open floor plan allows for great communication with everyone and gives a spacious feeling. The focal point of the room is the hand-built rock gas fireplace. It`s a pleasure to look at and gives the room instant heat when needed after a chilly hike or day on the slopes. There are lots windows that allow the sun to shine in, making it bright, sunny and cozy. The west facing deck is accessed from this floor. It has a grill and offers a nice place for an afternoon or evening drink.
The spacious primary bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a king size bed, a twin bed with a trundle and ensuite bathroom. There is a steam shower in the primary bathroom. Being on the third floor, the master is close to everything but can offer a private getaway when needed.
Sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom #1: Third floor Master - 1 King bed & 2 twins (twin with a trundle)
Bedroom #2: First floor - 1 Queen & 1 twin
Bedroom #3: First Floor - 1 Queen
Our bed configuration offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for various sleeping arrangements to accommodate many scenarios...1 to 3 couples, 1 to 3 families, a large family, extended family, groups of friends!
We also have other 2 AirBnB rentals on the same block, The Jokerville Guesthouse and the Silver Queen Guesthouse. They have almost the same layouts. This allows for a large group to be in very close proximity to each other. Great for weddings, family reunions, company parties, special events, etc.
There is a Pack & Play crib, mattress & sheets, high chair available upon request. Other kiddo equipment can be rented from Little Sparrow.
We provide 2 townie bikes for your use during your stay. This offers a convenient way to get to the grocery store or downtown.

Dogs are welcome with a $295 fee. It is collected via Airbnb when you make your reservation or directly to Sarah. Due to allergies, cats are not permitted. Please let Sarah know when you reserve that you are bringing a dog (s). Limit of 2 dogs - Thank you!
The house sleeps up to 9 people in beds.
I suggest you buying trip insurance as the nature of our crazy world these days.

Our neighborhood is special and unique because you have all the convenience of being in town but don`t have to drive through the slow traffic of downtown to get to it. We`re located directly across the street from the school`s parking lot, playground, basketball hoops and soccer field. This is nice for overflow parking. And if you have young children it`s perfectly located for play time. It`s one block from the main town park and Center For The Arts, where the Alpenglow Summer Concert Series is held. It`s across the park from Clark`s grocery store, Majestic Theater, Frank`s Deli, Ace Hardware. It`s minutes from the free and paid nordic trails, rec path and summer swimming hole at the Slate River. Rainbow Park is a couple of blocks away, and access to single track hiking and biking trails.
Our street is the first you can turn on as you enter the town limits and see the welcome to Crested Butte sign. You`ll turn at the `chrome dragon and knight` landmark. The makes it so easy and quick to get to. You can then park your car for the week if you`d like. In the summer, we provide `townie` bikes for you to get around on and the free local bus stop is just across the park at Clark`s parking lot. This will take you to the mountain or downtown. The RTA bus stop is also just a few minutes walk to the 4way stop. The RTA takes you to Gunnison and back.
PETS: Dogs are welcome with a $295 fee per dog. It is collected via Airbnb Resolution Center, cash or check upon check-in. Due to allergies, cats are not permitted. Excessive barking, any scratching or on-furniture lounging will not be allowed. Damages caused by pets will be taken out of the damage deposit. The house sleeps up to 11 people in beds. I do charge a $25 person fee for more than 8 people due to the increased laundry and cleaning.

Parking is very limited in the winter months, so please minimize your number of vehicles if possible. There is 1 off street parking spot in the driveway. We provide other off street parking around the corner, if needed.
WiFi can be affected by the snow in the winter and the number of people in town in the summer and busy times. Please be patient and remember where you are!
Kindly remove your shoes/boots upon entering the house. This helps keep our home cleaner for everyone. It`s customary in CB.

Super stay!!
Convenient, comfortable, clean, well-kept and well stocked home. Very gracious host left us a nice welcome basket and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the steam shower was a nice plus. We will return!

Awesome!
The house was extremely clean and well stocked! It worked great for our family of five. The entry level had two bedrooms and a full bath. The master is up on the third floor with a nice bathroom. The location was great, too. The host, Sarah, was easy to work with and we were greeted with a box of chocolates, popcorn and coffee. We would definitely rent again!

Great weekend getaway!
This house was great! It was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed for our weekend. Sarah was a wonderful host, we would love to stay here again next year.
