For skiing: walk 2 minutes to the lifts — no car needed on ski days.



From Gunnison-Crested Butte Airport (GUC): 40-minute drive north on CO-135.

From Denver (DEN): approximately 4-hour drive via US-285 S to US-50 W to CO-135 N.

This property is not pet-friendly — the HOA restricts pets above the 2nd floor.



No air conditioning — Mt. Crested Butte sits at 9,375 ft and stays comfortable year-round. Ceiling fan and windows provide airflow in summer.
