Welcome to Top of the World, your dream mountain escape nestled in a private gated community just minutes from downtown Crested Butte. This stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits atop 35 pristine acres, offering unmatched serenity, seclusion, and panoramic views that truly live up to the name.

Whether you're planning a family getaway, a couples' retreat, or a mountain adventure with friends, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location. Picture windows frame jaw-dropping views from nearly every room and the open-concept living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings and cozy furnishings provide the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the spectacular scenery. 

The outdoor decks have wraparound views that are enjoyed as you grill out or just have that first cup of coffee in the morning. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook and entertain in style. When it's time for bed there are four bedrooms that welcome you in grand style. The master suite has a king bed with picture windows showcasing the fabulous views. There is an ensuite master bath with dual vanities, bathtub, and shower. The guest bedrooms consist of one with a queen bed and ensuite bath, one with two twin beds, and one with two sets of twin bunks.  The guest bedrooms with twin beds share a full bath close by.  

Hike right out your front door for miles and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the gated development or hop in the car and run to town for world-class dining and shopping.  Ready to ski, then Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort is about 20 minutes away and offers world class terrain! Glorious property in a great location above Crested Butte. The views were incredible. We saw wildlife every time we drove up to the cabin, including bears. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing property with stunning view. Really well stocked gourmet kitchen. Very comfortable. Cool location. We hiked the Green Lake trail 1.5 miles from the subdivision road into Crested Butte for dinner. Flying fishing was fun in Coal Creek. Very private, huge lot which was good since there are no window treatments (for privacy) in the master bathroom. Master bedroom and all bedrooms get bright really early due to limited (no) window treatments in the bedrooms. Pillows and mattresses could be better. But - all in all - we would definitely would stay here again.
