“I have found this wonderful the Historic Hershey Cabin when I was searching for a place for myself for retreat. I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this special cabin. First of all, this unique cabin is the best for a single traveler or for a couple who look for a romantic getaway or just a retreat in the forest. “We enjoyed our stay immensely. Julie was on top of everything making sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We had the whole crew with us (12 total) and dogs and the house accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. Also, impeccably clean, pet friendly and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We were not expecting heavy snow during our visit and came completely unprepared. "The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. So i told the guy that it wasn't specified during the reservation that they have a limited acceptation for cards and he replied me that it was because I booked with Expedia. he called the manager and the solution that they gave to me were : to contact my bank (IT'S NIGHT IN ITALY THAN MY CARDS HAVE NO PROBLEM I PAID EVERYWHERE) to find a solution or to RE BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL plus without having my money back becuse the reservation was made with expedia!!! I pretend to find a solution me and my wife are in honey moon and we are here just because we made a long trip today and it's just a stop before los angeles. He called again the manager and they accept to just take the data of my card without taking any money. They were really unprofessional. Telling us to rebooked a hotel in a place that we don't know,at night!!! And we alreadu paid the room!!"
