Dirty Ant Haven
This home is a tri-level. There are 2 bedrooms w/doors & 1 loft above the kitchen where a bed has been placed. The entry level has a living room, kitchen, dining room bedroom & bathroom. The level below provides a primary bedroom with bunk bed & large bathroom. The basement level has a pool table & lounge area with a TV. When we arrived the home I went to open the blinds and windows & had to go through spider & cobwebs to get to all of them...annoying but fine. I took off my shoes when I started toward the kitchen, I stepped on a small rock, again I thought, annoying but fine, until I realized the floor appeared to have not been swept. There was food crumbs all over the living room, kitchen & dining room floors & sand in the bathroom. There were trails of ants going to the kitchen dining room & somewhere under the couch. I found a broom & swept the floor. Then I thought, "it would be nice to watch the sunset on one of the decks", we went outside, the patio furniture was filthy, two of the chairs had holes in them. At this point I reached out to the owner who said his cleaner had told him the home "pristine" and asked me to send pictures. When I did he made up an excuse for the cleaner & said it wasn't an excuse then offered to send someone to clean. I declined the offer, we have a large family that is impossible to corral. I only have 1500 characters but much more to say: more ants, stinky basement, terrible internet & bathroom drain cleaning done by me.
