At The Tree Top Chalet, you’ll be surrounded by fresh mountain air and forest views from the moment you arrive. With two spacious living rooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out, a perfect mountain escape for families or groups of friends, even your pup!

Guest access
Full access to the home and deck, easy self check-in using the front door keypad—we’ll provide you with a unique access code before your arrival.

Other things to note
PARKING:
• Driveway on a slight incline and can fit up to 4 parked cars (a rarity in the mountains).
• Please avoid street parking.
• Stairs required to access the home.
• Not ADA accessible.

NOISE & NEIGHBORHOOD:
• Have fun, but please keep noise levels down.
• No outdoor speakers.
• Respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 10 AM.

SMOKING:
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors) due to high fire risk.
• Any evidence of smoking may result in fines.
• Violations are subject to San Bernardino County fines starting at $1,000, which will be the guest’s responsibility.

SECURITY:
• A Ring doorbell is located at the front door.
• Exterior security cameras face the walkway and driveway.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Winter weather, road conditions, high wind events, power outages, or Edison safety
shutoffs (events outside our control) do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
• Refunds can only be issued according to Airbnb’s cancellation policy—please review your booking for details.
• If your plans change, we’re happy to help you reschedule your stay.

SNOW SEASON REMINDERS:
• Street is county-plowed for easier access.
• Check weather & CalTrans updates before arrival.
• Chains may be required in winter—mountain access can be restricted without them.
• Roadside chain installation available for a fee.

Snow Tools & Services:
* We have snow shovels for the driveway
* Salt provided for de-icing walkways and stairs
*Snow shoveling or snow-blowing services can be arranged at an additional cost—just let us know!

Festivals and other event attendance:
*Festival, concert, or event guests require an additional $250 refundable security deposit.
*Deposit is collected before check-in and refunded 24–48 hours after checkout if no issues occur.
*The Chalet is in a quiet residential area and not suitable for parties or events.
* House rules apply at all times.
*Failure to disclose event attendance may result in cancellation.
