“Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia.”

“This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. It’s also very close to Appalachian State University. We stayed and went to a football game at the college then came back to relax. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Laura the host was very accommodating too. We will be back. I highly recommend this lovely Farmhouse. ”

“Beautiful 2 story cabin with country decor! Rita was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Site was far enough outside Blowing Rock to be away from it all, but no so much that it was hard to get there--only about 5-10 minutes from town. House was exceptionally clean, even all the antique displays! We had a great time.”

A complimentary cold beverage waiting in the fridge, cozy bathrobes, and everything we needed was right in the loft. The views are amazing. The bed was comfy. It was so clean and it smelled wonderful. The temps were mild and the open windows and fresh air made for a great experience. Definitely coming back. ”
