“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“It was a quick stop on out way to Canada. We stopped halfway to get some rest. Was clean and comfy”

“when we first arrived the front desk worker tried very hard to get us into a room for the night, and knew we were going to a concert so he was very quick about everything. he got us checked into the room, and while we were away he replaced our entire air conditioner unit, which was very nice to come back to.”

“Traveled to officiate a funeral. The hotel was ran down on the outside, bit clean and nice on the inside, other then the elevator. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a great experience here! ”
