“Overall a very nice spot. Quiet neighborhood , very clean and well kept, kitchen stocked with basics like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Would have been nice to have directions on how to adjust the thermostat as it was set to drop to 60 degrees at night. And unscented/hypoallergenic detergent/fabric softener would be preferable as all the towels smelled like perfume and caused a skin reaction. ”

“This location is great! It was the perfect spot for visiting the sand dunes and sand dunes recreation. We had 5 adults with us and there was just enough space. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed.”

There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is also incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Charley was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!”
