Hotel a Creswell

“Molto carina la sistemazione all'interno dei vagoni del treno. Ben sistemata con due letti queen comodi ed un bagno confortevole. Non c'è molto nei dintorni, obbligatorio muoversi con un auto. Abbiamo usufruito dei pochi servizi presenti nello stesso isolato. Tutti i servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito sono a pagamento e non ci sono agevolazioni per usufruirne se non pagando altri dollari per avere degli sconti (???). Abbiamo fatto colazione poco distante e ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene....

“Hotel smells of Fabuloso cleaner so much so it takes your breath away!!! Bathroom had hair everywhere and the gap under the entry door to the room is so big you can see and hear Everything!!!”

“The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.”

“We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water.
