“The service was great, the people there were very helpful in navigating me and assisting with issues I had. Unfortunately it was overall poorly maintained and quite dirty, I understand the price but it simply was unacceptable and had to wipe down the place myself. I did not expect lavish I simply just wanted a clean place when I arrived.”

“Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.”

“Loved the free coffee with a variety of creamers. The purchase pantry was also well stocked. We used the gym and it was clean and well maintained. Great supply of cooking ware in the rooms”

“My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The staff was accommodating, I was able to check in early and check out 30 mins after check out time. Plus I received cookies just out of the oven. The breakfast choices were limited but very tasty. Thank you for taking good care of me during stay.”

“Staff was extremely rude about having a guest with me. She accused me of "violating their shower policy". I'm the only one that used it. Who has a "shower policy"? She kept walking up to me and saying I lied to her. She even walked to the end of the block to see where I was going. Didn't feel safe there, I left after to hours and found a different hotel. Do not stay here.”
