Guest house a Crewe

“Lovely setting, with a variety of ways to stay.”

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“A very pleasant quiet hotel with comfortable room and a very good breakfast and service.”

“The room is not well kept. No enough toilet rolls and bathroom liquid soap”

“Hotel carino e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la colazione davvero ottima e varia. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti: la camera era pulita al nostro arrivo, ma durante il soggiorno non è stato effettuato il servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Nel complesso, comunque, esperienza positiva.”

“Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !”

“Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again”

“Ash Farm is a quaint bed and breakfast off the beaten track but close to all the amenities of Altrincham. Next door is a great pub; The Swan with 2 nicks. Within walking distance is Dunham Massey park. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great retreat compared to the hustle and bustle of city hotels. The breakfast is a 5 star experience and has something for everyone. Obviously the Full English wins every day. The staff are wonderful and friendly making the whole experience first...

“We loved the 2 rooms we had here - a lot of amenities were provided in a small space. Communication and instructions for the late check in were excellent. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Great locations with lots of restaurants in the close vicinity.”

“Mattress was awful, my room at the back stunk of weed. Mattress was thin and you could feel the springs. In essence, you get what you pay for but avoid and pay a few £ more for a Travelodge. Couldn’t recommend it less, avoid.”

“Clean room, large family room, clean en suit, friendly staff who provided information about the location and bus routes.”

“Absolutely lovely accommodation, great location and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Feel like the pictures and description did not meet expectations or match the property. This property is more of a bedsit with shared kitchen and living area. The room is big enough for a double bed and enough room to walk round it. The bathroom was ok, unfortunately the shower head was leaking and the power in the shower fluctuates, possibly when another person runs water in the property. We only got one bath towel for an adult and child, not even a hand towel. Not sure where the city view was...
