“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Hotel bello purtroppo come abbiamo fatto notare alla reception le camere non vengono rifatte in modo soddisfacente. (Abbiamo pure inviato le foto di come abbiamo trovato il letto dopo essere rientrati alle 17:30), pure non rimettevano la carta igienica di scorta. Del servizio pulizia siamo stati delusi non ci sono nemmeno venuti incontro offrendoci almeno una colazione gratuita. Non pubblico le foto eventualmente le ho a vostra disposizione per visionare."

"L’hotel ha una posizione centrale in Manchester, in meno di un quarto d’ora a piedi si raggiunge il cuore della città. La stanza era pulita e la colazione potrebbe essere migliorabile. L’hotel non possiede un parcheggio proprio, ma si usufruisce del parcheggio vicino a pagamento."
