As you enter the annexe on the ground floor, you are greeted by an inviting open-plan layout. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. The cosy lounge area features a smart TV and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom adorned with a double bed, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. On the second floor, a large bathroom awaits, complete with a bath and a shower over it, providing a luxurious space to unwind and refresh. It has a roof light and romantic lighting. Outside the annexe, a charming garden is shared with the owner. However, you can also access a private seating area to enjoy tranquil moments amidst the natural surroundings.
