Per Health Department Rules we can only allow registered guest in pool. Just because you rent a room doesn't mean you can invite whole neighbor hood in pool. You only booked room for 2 people you show up with 7 and A DOG. Yes we are pet friendly but you should tell us when you check inn. You didn't receive room service because you left the dog in room for our maid's safety we don't enter the room if you leave your animals alone in room. We provide Ice in Lobby for your drinks FREE. We don't provide ice FREE for COOLERS. Your Family had booked 9 rooms and when you came in saw that all of you fit in 3 rooms you did that and canceled the other rooms, told us other people are leaving so we didn't even charge you cancellation fee. But next morning we saw like 20 people checking out of 3 rooms. Thanks

Sorry if you were not happy. This review is written because you were asked to pay extra 3 people you had in your room. Also we refused to rent rooms to your family in future. Few things I want to point out is your family had booked 9 rooms. They only took 3 rooms out of 9, we didn't charge you for canceling at 9 pm. 3 Rooms they did take had reservation for 2 or 3 people each room had 4 to 6 in each room. We have Duvets in each room. We take big pride in Clean Property. We get inspected by fire Department every year. All Fire Alarms works. Soap is Ivory colored.

Thank you for your response. The property is 40 years old and we are working diligently to improve daily. Keep in mind for future plans that weekends are a bit higher and staying more than one night is also cheaper.

I am sorry you were dissatisfied with room. There isn't much going on in Crisfield,MD in weekdays so we don't have many rooms rented. We are thriving daily to update.
