An elegant dining room table can accommodate seating for 8 for your formal meals, or seat 2 at the kitchen counter for more casual fare. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig drip and single serve coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware.
On the lower level you’ll find even more space to spread out, with a living space inclusive of ample sofa seating, mounted TV, and electric fireplace. A second dining table can seat 6, suitable for mealtime overflow or to host a rousing night of games. Looking to flex your ping pong skills? You’re in luck! The included table will fill hours of fun challenging one another to friendly games. This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 full size beds, and a day bed.
The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway ONLY. No street parking is available at property as it is not permitted by the city. Then 2 spots on driveway are available for guests to park cars.
