“Room was clean and compact we had a triple room. Tea and coffee in the room and a tv. Toilet was very low and in a tiny room of its own wobbly seat. Shower cubicle was stand alone in the room so you had to step out and dry in front of family but good shower and soap provided. Sink in bedroom too. Air conditioning. Did look a little prison like due to Fence and they clearly rent rooms to homeless. Staff were lovely cheerful and helpful. Continental breakfast and coffee good, wouldn’t pay the...

"A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. It will certainly be my first choice for my next trip to Cardiff."
