“We have stayed here several times in the past, and have been pleased with the rooms, amenities and location. Today, when we arrived we were shocked to see boxes of furniture literally all over the place, including the porte cochère (blocking access to the front doors).
The front desk was unmanned, and when we called to alert them we were ready to check in, it took 15 minutes for someone to come down. Our room has no thermostat, and the hallway outside our room is packed with boxes. By the way,...
