“Great hotel, well maintained, good breakfast selection, clean, curious staff, good bed and bedding. The only issue I had is the location of the hotel. It is located in the industrial city full of refineries, factories and ongoing construction...The constant smog in the air, water taste and smell of the air is horrible. If I knew where the hotel was located, I would have NEVER booked any of the hotels within 100 miles radius of that city .”

“We almost always stay here when we visit Houston area, which is pretty frequent. We love the convenient location and walking to Cracker Barrel for supper.”

“Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected...

“It was clean but needed lots of repair work done. Unfortunately, there is NO insulation in the walls as we spent both nights awake listening to loud music, arguing, screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. We did not get much sleep. The front desk was called but the issues continued. Not sure we will stay here again.”

“Propery was beautiful. I didn't use any of the amenities. I paid extra for a room with a view. That was a waste. The one window in my room was dirty on the outside so I had no view.”
