“The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that.”

After you confirm your rate thru Expedia, get ready for another 3.5% added to your bill upon checkout for credit card usage, even if they tell you what your "exact" charge is on check-in. “U only get 4 waterpark passes with the room, this is so frustrating, esp when the room sleeps 6!! I think paying adults should also get passes. I would have liked to sit in the hot tub and not have had to pay an extra $22 for a waterpark pass just to do so!! The bonus is u can use the pass the following day if u want. The waterpark and room were pretty clean. The breakfast is fine. Overall a good stay!!”

“I really have no complaints. Your lodge is amazing. Not like regular hotels. It is unique, beautiful inside and out. I love all the wood, it gives a warm feel to the place. Makes you WANT to come back. Cozy feel to the place. Staff was great, first person I saw, was Sarah. Very up beat, friendly and takes great care of your needs.
