“Clean room”

“The staff working when I arrived were very sweet and they even wanted to make sure I got my points for my stay. The property and room were very clean! I only stayed one night, but had zero issues and felt very safe. Location is amazing too! Very close to Millenia Mall and surrounding food/shops. There’s also a Wawa in the same parking lot/plaza and it’s very convenient. Would definitely stay again!”

“We couldn't get in. I want refund. 2 other couples showed up same time and one waiting in car for an hour and the other dropped off by Uber and we had no choice after long day of travel to find another reliable more expensive sour of the moment spot in order to get long overdue sleep. We are pissed ”

“Right off the bat, we booked with OYO only to find out when navigating from our airport that it sold/closed and is now under a new name (Econolodge). I wasn’t notified. It was definitely not renovated when we went, though I believe they’re claiming it is (it must be in the EARLIEST stage if true). The property is extremely run down, very unlike the photos. Water damage in the ceiling tiles in the hallways looks like something from The Last Of Us (very glaring, not at all subtle). Everything...

“Business hotel vicino all’epic universe. Occorre la macchina per muoversi o andare a cena in quanto non ci sono ristoranti vicini all’albergo facilmente raggiungibili. Camera bella con letto comodo”

“Struttura molto bella a un passo dagli Universal Studios. La stanza era molto spaziosa con cucina completa di stoviglie e padelle. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso con bella doccia. Tutto molto pulito. Colazione buona ma con poca scelta.”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”
