“Room was not clean there was a bad smell in the room. There was like 3 life bugs in the tub so I wash them down with water so I did not have a shower. No pool. Breakfast was not good. I will never stay there again”

“If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.”

“I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

“We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states.”

“The room was not good. The office attendant was never there. There was mold on the shower curtain. The floor in the whole room was grimey The soap dish in the shower was all rusty and got all over the soap… It’s a cheap stay, and you get what you pay for. I felt safe at least! And the bedding wasn’t bad. The ac worked! The tv was hard to operate, but there was cable. Parking was easy.”

“My room and bathroom were clean, even though there were a few worn spots on the night stand. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The sitting area was nice and I appreciated the long desk as I was there on a work trip. LOVED the window seat! For the first time, I checked in the vestibule with a live attendant on a check-in screen machine. The process was fine, just different.”
