Hotel vicino a Beaver Lake Nature Center - Baldwinsville

“Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer”

Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location.”

“The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and...

“Upon arrival to the property I was alarmed to find out that it was nothing as what was advertised. I checked in and only stayed for about 45 minutes before needing to vacate due to safety reasons. People using hard drugs in the parking lot, water damage and peeling paint in the room, tv didn’t work and there was no remote. A very unpleasant environment and experience and my fiance and I had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to be refunded by the property and Expedia for our 7 day...
