The biggest drawback was the air conditioner, which was extremely noisy throughout the night and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. “It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. “Room was not clean there was a bad smell in the room. There was like 3 life bugs in the tub so I wash them down with water so I did not have a shower. No pool. Breakfast was not good. I will never stay there again”

“I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

“If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.”
