“The toilet didn't flush properly from the first time it was used. Told attendant, he plunged it. It was still sluggish after that and by the time we left it wasn't flushing. The heater/cooler wouldn't stay on for cool, finally opened the window. The bathroom door was scrapping on floor, and actually breaking off on the bottom.”

“Good stay. Hotel is clean and nice. Beds for comfy. Not much space for parking. Breakfast ended at 9am. My kids are late sleepers and like sleeping in so we all missed it. Should at least end by 10. ”

“The entire hotel is run right down, hallway carpets torn and wore out, rooms look like they have garage sale furniture in them, they supposed to have new beds but they are as hard as ever… the rooms and halls and elevators need a total overhaul.. the elevators where a bit scary.. it sounded like they were going to leave you stranded and lots of sqeaks .. no hand soap in any of the rooms and when we called down for some they said they don’t supply hand soap only shower gel??!!!! They leave one...

“We enjoyed our recent start very much. The rooms were very comfortable and clean . Although a little disappointed that the pool was down , we were impressed with the amenities available. The on duty desk clerk, named Christa , was very friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome . She was very well informed about the services offered and was diligent in ensuring our needs were met Will definite return ! ”

“I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Grande Prairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ”

“The rooms are a great size with a working fireplace and kitchenette. Yard was under water as with most hotels in a spring thaw but they had equipment working to remove ice and snow ”

“Bed never got made. Rooms are nice but lobby is dirty. Restaurant is dirty and food no good. Front staff was rude on check in. ”
