“Breakfast is gross. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is hands down the most rude person I ever dealt with in my life. The room was clean though, but only came once in a three night day to see if we need anything there’s me and my wife and two kids staying there. I had to go asking for toiletries at the front desk.”

“I had booked throught expedia. It was a last min booking and reviews said very good. When my husband showed up they refused him a room. They had no reason for this at all. We are a respectable family with children and were in town for basketball. It was very rude. Thankfully it worked out as the hotel turned out to be very sketchy.”
