“Upon arrival, we discovered that our room had two single beds pushed together rather than the double bed advertised. Given the record-breaking temperatures over the bank holiday, the climate in the room was exceptionally hot. We discovered that one of the radiators was on full blast and with no control valve to turn it off. With no air conditioning we were forced to open the windows. However, our room was located directly above the hotel kitchen and it's extractor fan which was extremely loud...

“Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. “The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, though in need of a few bits of maintenance (loo roll hooder rusty and broken, water in the sink due to the plug not staying out, loose socket by the bed). The bedding was clean and there were a good selection of pillows with different hardness. The mattress was a little thin but ok. The room got cold in the evening but there was an electric radiator in the cupboard. The front was within a few minutes walk so convenient. I...
