“This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. ”

“Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. ”

“We arrived really early before our check in but they let us park our car so we could go off and enjoy the day and told us our room would be ready a bit earlier if we wanted to come back before check in. The check in was really efficient lady was so polite offered to carry our luggage. Room was on the 3rd floor wow a lot of stairs but room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean really warm and welcoming. Had a couple of drinks at the bar staff were so...

“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”
