“Our room was great. The only issue we had was the battery went dead on our door and the people had to basically break in so that we could get into our room but other than that the breakfast was great. The accommodations were great no issues whatsoever.”

“Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…”

“Property is under construction so amenities we closed- no pool, ice machine or breakfast. When I booked I realized the pool would probably be closed but the other 2 caught me by surprise. The towels were stained, the carpet was so dirty in our room that it was sticky and there was a dirty napkin in our bed. Our neighbors were homeless with their shopping carts in the hallway and someone had recently smoked Marijuana in the elevator. The staff was friendly and doing their best under the...

“Easy in. Easy out. Clean. Staff was friendly and place was quiet and very good area.”

“I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all.”

“Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving.”

“The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.”
