“Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though.

The bed was really BIG and comfortable.

“Great location, nice apartment clean and cosy. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. 15 min. walking to the train station or just 5 min. to the bus for the train station.
Just to be picky the only things that can be improved are the TV reception and the couch that needs to be replaced but overall this is a nice place to stay.”

L’appartamento era bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, ci hanno fornito detersivo, spugna per lavare i piatti capsule per la lavastoviglie. "Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff."
"I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm."

"Hotel in posizione perfetta, vicina alla metro ed alle fermate del bus, a 2 passi dall'abbazia di Westminster. Personale gentilissimo e competente. Stanza piccolina, ma con tutto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione varia, abbondante e con a disposizione anche pane e cereali senza glutine. Servizio deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out a disposizione. Consigliato!"

Si sentono un po i rumori molto attenuati dei treni e i passi degli altri ospiti che salgono/scendono le scale. Non ho fatto colazione in albergo, quindi non posso valutare. Ci tornerò senz'altro."
