You have access to all beautiful 6 acres of the property, down to the pond in the back! Please note that there is a cottage in the front of the property that will remain vacant as we plan a renovation of it in the future.

You'll notice the fire pit out front when you pull up; a delightful feature that can be used year-round throughout your stay. The entire front of the house directly faces King Family Vineyard and has unobstructed views of the winery and the mountains. There is a front patio so you can sit and sip while taking in the scenery, along with the fire pit and rocking chairs on the farmhouse-style front porch. We provide enough seating out front to host you and your crew for fireside fun!

The living room has a new shiplap accent wall, 50" SMART TV, and a large sectional sofa. The design lovers will enjoy our custom Thibaut fabric drapes in a punchy green, blue and white fabric. The navy, green and white throughout gives this room a fun, southern preppy feel.

Continue onto the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and every amenity and kitchen tool you'll need if you would like to cook at home during your stay. The breakfast nook seats 4-6 and there are some additional stools at a small bar area in the kitchen, excellent for working from home. And don't forget to fuel up on our complimentary coffee and tea bar, complete with a 12 cup pot coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. There's a half bath conveniently located just off this space. French doors lead out to a large back deck with a brand new 4 burner stainless steel grill and tables and seating so you can dine al fresco with views of the expansive property and pond.

Beyond the kitchen is a sunroom that is flooded with light so we decided to turn it into our formal dining space. The entire room is basically windows all around so you have views for days in every direction!

On the other wing of the first floor is the master bedroom featuring a King bed and a 50" Smart TV. This room also has beautiful vineyard views as it is front facing. There is a master bathroom with a large walk in closet, double vanity, large double head walk-in shower and a toilet.

Upstairs you will find a full bath in the hallway and 2 additional generously sized bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has the pink colored upholstered bed and a cane twin daybed. The bedroom on the left is quite large and has 2 Queen beds and another large Smart TV.

All bedrooms have incredibly comfortable brand new 10" memory foam mattresses.
