“I came in before dark - difficult day of traveling and very hungry. The owners were out, but a guest who stays there many times showed me around and introduced me to the other guests in the living room. I was so impressed with the decor and cozy environment. There was a fridge in the hallway where you can place your refrigerables in and you can tap into the free white wine A nice Keurig was present with a great selection to choose from. Snacks were present and very well welcomed. ...

“Our stay was okay. The breakfast was good. When traveling we like the Hilton Hotels. Here in Hagerstown Maryland the staff wasn't the best. Will continue to stay at the Hilton chain of Hotels.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“I have stayed here twice a year for the last 6 years and had been happy enough with the convenience, the safety and the spacious rooms. They have always been a bit outdated and that never bothered me, they were clean enough, quiet and affordable . But sadly this would be my last stay there for a multiple of reasons. A safe with no door, air conditioning that was faulty (moved rooms), water stains, carpet stains, wall damage. (Previous visit had ants, missing closet door and wet floor around ac)...

“The staff is very helpful. My room had a major leak and technical issues with the smoke alarm and TV. The staff did not remedy the situation.”

“The Whole hotel smelled bad. The blanket smelled like it wasn't washed. Only two towels for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Drug dealers walking the halls doing their business openly and trying to sell to guests. The side doors weren't functional making us walk from the side all the way around to the front to access the stairs on the opposite side of the hotel for our upstairs room. Not a good experience”

Non sono riuscito ad avere un po' di acqua potabile, l'Hotel ne è sprovvisto, solo bibite... Lo sciacquone si riattivava da solo ogni mezz'ora ed era molto rumoroso. Durante la notte sentivo continuamente sbattere porte nel corridoio...? Qualche insetto nel bagno. Personale comunque gentile e disponibile.
