“My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting ”

“Terribile, letto scomodo, cuscini non confortevoli, caldo insopportabile per mancanza di aria condizionata, pulizie inesistenti, bagno senza specchio, asciugacapelli mancante e scarsa fornitura di shampoo, bagno schiuma, sapone e caffè. Sono scappato dopo pochi giorni.”

“Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault...

“Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip.”

“I didn’t like that the 3 bed room are so little for woman and man together. It was better if the room was only for women or only for men.”

“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. “arrivate il 26 dicembre abbiamo scoperto che c'era sciopero dei treni e quindi raggiungere norbury è stato una piccola odissea con due cambi di autobus,ma, una volta arrivate tutto bene : accoglienza cordiale, disponibile, camera con bagno privato pulitissima ( avevo il terrore di moquette e carte da parati improbabili) , cambio giornaliero degli asciugami, letto comodo, stanza ben riscaldata, colazione fai da te più che risparmiosa visti i prezzi fuori, certo si sentivano i treni passare ma non...

“The apartment was very clean and quiet. You can park outside free from 6:30pm until 9am. There was no broadband though. The internet connection was through a 4G router that did not work. We were connected to the wifi but there was no internet access, so the wifi and TV did not work.”

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
