“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“WE were blown away when entering our room. It was a full-on suite with 2 Q, complete kitchen, gigantic LR. Beautiful view and close to everything in the harbor.”

“If you want a really unique stay in Victoria, Hotel Zed is it! It's only a 25 minute walk from downtown Victoria and has tons of great dining options within walking distance. The King room was clean and straight out of the 70's - a cute velvet green sofa, lounge chair, small dining table and mini fridge. I loved the green "stained glass" wall divider/closet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all great, and the waterslide was a fun bonus! "Grandmas Basement" on the bottom floor of reception...

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”

“The guest house at Spinnakers is a unique experience. You can't beat the location and the view from our room was amazing. Our suite was very roomy and included a Jacuzzi tub. That said, the property could use some TLC and the mattress on the bed has seen better days. Overall recommended though. ”

“Very noisy. The windows have a poor STC rating and you can hear people talking on the street from the 15th floor. Lots of bus traffic on surrounding streets and you must turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it. Also the entry door was undercut by 3/4" thus letting in air and hallway conversations. The building needs some upgrades to make it quieter. Staff was 5 star.”

“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”
