Crystal River Manatee Palace A Waterfront Retreat HEATED POOL!

  • HEATED POOL!!!
    Manatee Palace is a spacious waterfront residence located directly on Kings Bay within the Crystal River Manatee Sanctuary — one of the few places in the United States where guests can legally swim with wild manatees. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided, allowing direct access to Three Sisters Springs and the surrounding waters. Manatees are present year-round, with peak season from November through early April. The property also serves as an excellent base during scallop season.
    The home features four bedrooms with king beds, including a generous upstairs master suite overlooking the river, and comfortably sleeps 10-12. Guests enjoy a private heated pool available year-round, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, outdoor grilling, and plentiful parking. A private dock is available for those bringing their own boat.
    Situated in a peaceful section of the sanctuary, the residence is only a short distance from local restaurants and shops.

    FINE PRINT, 6/15 to 8/15 3 night minimum. ALSO, pricing is for 5 guests ONLY, additional 125 pp per night. Visitors only with the owner's permission; no parties allowed.

An amazing property. Keep saying to my family this is a million dollar view. Andrew the owner is great and always available. Everything was absolutely perfect. You just don’t see Manatees, we had a dolphin come right up to us on the property and it winked at my entire family. Thank you Andrew for a great experience my only regret that it was too short.

Great place!

We traveled to Crystal River with 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-9). We loved the property - very convenient to so many attractions, nice pool (heated enough to swim in January!), comfortable beds, and kayaks/paddleboards to play on. Would be happy to come back!

Family get-away

Bring your fishing pole! We had a great time…the water out back was full of manatees, tarpon, lady fish, and a myriad of other wildlife.The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks. Restaurants are close by and very good.We will be back!

Amazing house!

Beautiful and comfortable place. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful. He gave us a late check out with having to ask for it which really helped not feel rushed trying to get everything loaded up and get the boat out of the water. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean, great location!

The house was just as advertised, was very clean and the view is absolutely gorgeous! We saw at least 10 manatees right off the back dock! The kayaks were a great way to explore the water and the nearby area. The host and property manager were both very attentive, helpful and responsive. Overall a great visit!

Great location great place

Andrew and staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent from Andrew and anything needed was quickly addressed. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others. We saw manatees everyday from the backyard!

Wonderful Home!! A++++

We needed to stay in Crystal River for a family emergency. Andrew was FANTASTIC! He let us in very late at night, even went to the store for us! The pictures don't do the home justice. We had wonderful evening sitting out on the back deck, wonderful kayak rides. The sunsets were spectacular! It was a great place to just sit and relax. Can't say enough great things about Andrew. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

July 4th scalloping trip

We had a wonderful time. Denise, the property manager met us at the house and went over everything. Prior to check in, Jasmin was very responsive to my emails. We had a few small issues but it was handled promptly be Denise, and Andrew the home owner called me twice to touch base and say they were taken care of. Nice views, gorgeous sunsets, quiet neighborhood. We saw manatees off the dock and out in bay. Spacious home with plenty of parking out front. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing home & host!

From the moment I booked the vacation, Andrew was an ideal host with valuable information about the home and surrounding area and things to do! We took our grown children to stay for almost a week & I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this vacation! The house is immaculate! Beds were comfy! TWO relaxing deep jetted tubs (one of my fav things!) a nice pool and brick patio at the riverside, where we had dinner on the gas grill! From the dock we enjoyed manatee visitors each day, as well as many fish, turtles and birds! The gorgeous sunrise & sunsets from every room facing the water was a dream! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place

We had a fantastic time here. My Daughter and her husband joined me the first week with my new granddaughter, and the next week my two sisters joined with their husbands. Fantastic time including a lot of pool time allowing for great family time and discussions. Also got lucky to see many manatees which came right up to the dock (including a mother and baby). It was a wonderful nature experience. House was in great shape and perfect for what we needed. The caretaker Denise and the owner himself were always available at any time if we needed anything including dinner suggestions. Very, very nice and accommodating. Beautiful house and great convenient location. You will enjoy!
