“Clean. Amazing ladies working front desk. Breakfast was above average. Parking was easy. ”

“We are Seniors. Stayed on the third floor. Nobody was available to help with our luggage at 6:30 AM. I have never heard of a Hotel that doesn’t have front desk staff 24/7. People were waiting to check in and the front desk staff doesn’t start until 7AM. Unbelievable. ”

“This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing. Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare. Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...

“Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...
