“We had a lovely couple of days here. The property is spacious, clean, and in a quiet spot with amazing views, the sea on one side and open fields on the other. Charlie, the property manager, was great and quick to respond to any enquiries. Only a 17 minute drive to Brighton city centre. Saltdean is officially my new favourite place in the south! 😀”

“This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again. “I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...

“We loved it here! The location was outstanding-walking distance to everything & a safe neighborhood. The townhouse was adorable-we felt like we were in a dollhouse. Peter is fabulous- so helpful and knowledgeable. It was like we had a private tour guide at our fingertips. We would recommend staying here!”

“The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!”

“A gorgeous ancient (C16th?) house in a peaceful hamlet with lovely new floors/bathrooms etc. The weather was hot so our favourite thing was the big wooden table and comfortable chairs outside under a beautiful grapevine, felt like being in the South of France!”

“Stayed in property before and it was as excellent as ever, with a few extra bits which improved it even further. It is a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and locally there are lots of bars and restaurants. It was very clean and conformed exactly to the online specification. We given a very warm welcome by the owner/agent.”

“Property was very clean and tidy, with kitchen all in good working order. Hosts quick to reply to any queries, and the property/local area handbook very helpful. Games room and hot tub were great for any down time at the house, and only a 10-15 min drive down to the centre of Brighton.”

“We had an excellent week at the Shoreline Hideaway visiting family and exploring the south coast. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. “This was probably the best place we stayed on our trip around the UK. It was clean, convenient and commodious. The owners who live in the main house were so incredibly accommodating. One actually drove to the train station ahead of us so we would know where to go! I can’t recommend this place highly enough!”

"La struttura è moderna, pulita e accogliente. Le camere spaziose e pulite e complete di tutto il necessario. L'hotel dispone che di un ristorante e di un pub. Noi non li abbiamo provati ma erano frequentati penso anche da persone esterne all'hotel e quindi credo la qualità sia buona. Ci sono anche palestra e piscina che noi non abbiamo provato. Da considerare, prima di prenotare, il costo del treno dall'hotel a Londra che non è esiguo. Ma forse prenotando per tempo costano un pochino meno. La fermata del bus per raggiungere l'aeroporto e la stazione a 5 min di camminata dall'hotel La posizione purtroppo non è comodissima. E' vicino all'aeroporto ma non ci sono strade pedonali sicure per raggiungere l'hotel dalla fermata del bus (che è molto vicina e permette di raggiungere con facilità la stazione dei treni per arrivare nella parte centrale di Londra). "
