Situato ai margini del lago di Swan ea soli 2,5 ore da Sydney, questa casa vacanze è situata in una posizione tranquilla con splendide viste sul lago e sul parco nazionale. Spoiled per scelte di spiagge è a 2 minuti di auto a Cudmirrah, Kirby o Berrara spiagge che offre grande pesca, snorkeling e surf.

Per gli amanti della natura selvaggia siamo situati a 50 metri dall'ingresso al Parco Nazionale del Conjola, con accesso per veicoli alla spiaggia isolata del Monumento. Per i più avventurosi, fai un giro in auto attraverso il parco fino alle bellissime spiagge di Bendalong di Washerwomans e Dee Beach. Oppure portatevi i bambini a Fishermans Rock per gettare una linea per una pesca tranquilla o semplicemente divertirti a saltare dal volto roccioso nel torrente Berrara.

Il lago di cigno è una grande destinazione che offre sci nautico, nuoto, vela, canoa, kayak e pesca. Svegliatevi ogni giorno alla bella fauna selvatica e alla serata dei maestosi cigni neri.

È una breve camminata di 100 metri al locale caffetteria / negozio per raccogliere la carta di mattina e serve anche ottimi caffè, scuote di latte e pasti lite. Attraverso la strada dal negozio è una spiaggia di sabbia del lago per i bambini a godersi una nuotata tardo pomeriggio.



Una Brezza Lazy

La casa dispone di due camere da letto e può ospitare comodamente 6 adulti. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto una regina e 2 singoli con entrambe le camere da letto con ventilatori a soffitto. Bagno singolo e servizi igienici separati e lavanderia con lavatrice.

La sala è situata nella parte anteriore della casa che si affaccia sul lago. La proprietà dispone di un forno a legna per mantenervi cozier nei mesi più freddi.

Il patio anteriore è dove passerete la maggior parte del vostro tempo ammirando la vista mozzafiato sul lago, pranzi all'aperto e amici divertenti per le bevande pomeridiane. Situato sul retro della proprietà è un barbecue in legno.

Questa casa è ideale sia per la vacanza in famiglia che per i bambini da fare su un blocco di 1000 metri quadrati con altalena e trampolino o grande per la fuga romantica.

Amazing

Beautiful location. I enjoyed my morning coffee every day overlooking swan lake saw heaps of kangaroos in the backyard. Possums came right on the porch they loved the grapes.lisa was amazing very helpful and keep in mind theres no reception there but personally i loved that kept the kids of their phones instead we went to a few beachs n a cruise n played board games had a bbq . The community there is beautiful everyone we saw greeted us with a wave or hello

Lovely property

Superb setting. Clean and well set up property. Lots of littie extras to enjoy….wood bbq..gas bbq….children’s play equip. Just across the road from lake.

Lovely home and wonderful hosts

What a lovely home and perfect for our little family. Kids had ample opportunity to run barefoot in the back garden, play on the tire swing or huge trampoline. Especially after we spent the day going to the beach or for a nature walk and all us parents wanted to do was enjoy a drink by the firewood bbq. We spent breakfast on the porch and embraced the sunsets of the lake when the days ended. Our hosts thought of everything and we did not want for comfort. Highly recommended.

A Lazy Breeze

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Breeze in Cudmirrah. The house was perfect for our family group (parents and teenage/early 20s kids), very well equipped and excellent communication from our host Lisa. We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing on the front deck. Great to have a coffee shop/café/pizzeria so close as well as easy walk to beautiful beaches and around the lake. It was a beautifully quiet location, and we enjoyed the peaceful bushland surrounds and interactions with the local wildlife!

A prefect Christmas at A Lazy Breeze

Me and my partner stayed at A lazy breeze over Christmas and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. House was prefect, clean and in a great location. We spent our mornings walking the national park, the afternoons on the beautiful lake across the road and our evenings enjoying the garden and veranda with visits from the local wildlife. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Lisa and Mark for a great Christmas 2021.

Amazing

Absolutely perfect to get away from the mad rush and just kick back, watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the company of all the wildlife and stunning view of The lake. Communication was second to none, and the warm welcoming we had made us all feel at home instantly. Have recommended to my friends and family to come down and enjoy all the luxuries this slice of paradise has to offer! Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing weekender

This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. An unpretentious holiday home directly in front of the lake, fifty metres from the National Park, and a short drive from spectacular beaches. Cudmirrah has not been spoilt by development and even on the weekend when the caravan parks were busy it didn’t feel over run. We loved the kangaroos lounging on the grass, the friendly possum and the array of bird life- we even saw a family of swans on the lake. I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing! Exactly what we were looking for.

This property is ideal for a relaxing escape. The location is brilliant. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the breeze from the verandah. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely come back to this gorgeous home!

We felt the lazy breeze. Amazing place!

It's a beautiful house in an amazing location close to the lake and the forest. A lot of kangaroos visited us during our stay. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped - you won't miss home. It was great to talk to you Lisa, you answered all our questions before we arrived which was really helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hopefully be back in the near future.

Excellent property in perfect spot

The location of this property is perfect, across the road is a beautiful bay, the wildlife visit regularly, yard is large and perfect for kids, cafe close by and everything you could need is only a stones throw away. The home is Very clean, modern appliances with fans. The beds are comfortable, the lounge is perfect for lazing about, the fire pit and outdoor area is great. Excellent communication. We define will be back.

Lovely spot for a family stay

He had a great stay. Lisa was great with her communication and helped us answering questions prior to our arrival, while we were there and afterwards. The house was lovely and our toddler enjoyed jumping in the trampoline, playing board games and sitting by the fire pit. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Just a wonderful place to stay

Gorgeous views

Lovely, well appointed home on the edge of the lake. Such gorgeous views to wake up to. The kids enjoyed the regular visits from wallabies and all sorts of wildlife.
