B&B a Culburra Beach

“Arrived at 4pm and there were no staff, key was in an unlocked box and facility was unstaffed, which would nto be an issue but there was no cold water in the room (only hot) could not have a show unless I wanted to scald myself, also no kettle no milk and just enough toilet paper for 2 or 3 uses with no spare rolls in the room...... When we returned to the property and 9pm we literally walked past the entry and had to look at Google maps to find the entrance because the entry lights were off...

“We really enjoyed our stay and so did our pet Labrador. It’s a short walk to the beach which is a dog friendly beach so that’s a plus point. Close to essential shops for groceries or takeaway. Overall I would recommend this place and we hope to be back again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house and would happily return. It was fantastic that our dog was welcome and the large gated backyard made it perfect for her to enjoy safely. The outdoor gazebo was a real highlight, creating a relaxing, chilled atmosphere to unwind in. The location was excellent. The second bedroom is in a separate stand-alone building adjacent to the main house. The only thing missing was a dishwasher, which would help ensure more consistent cleanliness of plates and...

“Before our arrival the gas hob was replaced with an induction cooktop. Unfortunately the host had not provided the pots and pans that were compatible with the new cooktop. The pots and pans that were available were not in good order as well as being incompatible with the cooktop. Not being able to cook our meals meant that we had the unexpected express of getting takeaway food. However, the house was comfortable and conveniently located near the beach and lake.”

“View to the beach was gorgeous with your own private stairs down to the beach. The pool was nice & private also & it was great that the main house isnt rented out when you stay in the unit. It was quiet & peaceful.”

“Place was very neat and tidy although a little aged, all amenities were provided. Water pressure and hot water for showers excellent. Private stair access direct to the beach/rock pools and a small lawn with table and benches makes it very accessible for rock fishing or lunch by the water.”

“It is a great house in a great location right on the beach with everything you need. The communication was good. We had a problem with the gas which was fixed immediately We didnt realise there was so many stairs within the house. We coped ok with all the stairs but it would be a big problem for anybody with mobility problems”
