“Very nice smaller hotel, staff very accommodating and friendly.”

“The house is really pretty and well kept, the food was good, the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, none of that adds up to the sound of the raucous downstairs throbbing through our room constantly and at a decibel loud enough to be measured on the Richter scale until midnight…. I don’t have a problem with the club having a function and people having lots of fun- but maybe don’t sell the stay as a quaint and old-school relaxing retreat. “During my three-day, two-night stay, I found cockroaches in the room and the shower. I also noticed that the toilet was not properly secured and shook noticeably when used, which could pose a potential safety hazard. I thought it would be helpful to bring these issues to your attention so they can be resolved for future guests. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The portions were generous, the food was fresh, and I was very satisfied.”

“Room was a good size, and we were able to park right out the front. Breakfast was lovely, big selection of cereals, yogurt and breads available. Was lovely to have the electric fire going in the room. Clear instructions received on how to use the digital key pad at the front door, and the location of our room. Located close to the CBD. Would happily stay again if visiting Launceston.”
