“McLaren Vale is a long way from home so when we go to this region to enjoy the food, wineries and gin distilleries, we spend three hours in the car. Finding a place like Cobblers Cottage and being able to stay the weekend was a bonus for our anniversary. Neil and Chris have created a beautiful place to stay from this old cottage with lots of modern conveniences, and little extras from our hosts. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area where everything is just so close to Willunga.”

“The place is basic and simple, as expected. The carpet was grey with dirt in areas and needed a clean, however the owner is now trying to charge me $165 for cleaning the carpet due to dog smell. This is after we paid him $60 extra in cash to be nice as we had 3 dogs. This was above what we already paid just as a nice gesture.
