“Photos made it look so spacious and clean. Downstairs smelt very musty due to all the slippery green moss/ mould over the stairs outside. The downstairs area was very cold and the screen door to the pool area was broken and we had little toddlers there. Not safe. Driveway was very steep, and the neighbours were rude to us as soon as we arrived. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Loved the house ,but a major fault was the staircase.No hand rails & as I am in my late seventies,I was terrified of falling!!Cate at Utopia was very attentive.”
