“Great location, opposite the beach, walkable to lots of food options and bus stop right outside. Lovely gardens and pools. Shame only one of the heated pools was open, as it made it busy. Would be amazing in summer with the huge unheated lagoon pool usable too. Very clean and comfortable (one of the renovated ones apparently), with gorgeous ocean and pool view from the top floor. Useful to have washer and dryer. Unfortunately the lift to this room was out of order, and the stair wells were...

“Firstly Coco is in a very convenient location. From the moment we arrived Lauren was very welcoming .. the parking garage is excellent Our apartment was very clean and totally fully functional . Had a lovely ocean view. An enjoyable stay !!! ”

“We loved staying here for the night. We stayed on a Friday night and could hear the bar below until very late. Food places around the hotel we either quite expensive or the restaurants didn’t look clean. ”

“A well located apartment in central Maroochydore close to Sunshine Plaza and beaches We had a minor issue with beds which was sorted promptly. The apartment is well appointed with good views and importantly very clean”
