Siesta Sands is thoughtfully styled and flooded with natural light. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows seamlessly to a sun-drenched front balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.

The rear deck opens to a private yard with a shade umbrella for outdoor dining, plus a BBQ, fire pit, and even a wood-fired pizza oven for those long, lazy afternoons with family and friends.

Downstairs, you'll find a dedicated games room plus a quiet fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed, armchairs and TV—ideal as a secondary retreat or reading nook.
