This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat for winter, spring, or summer. Whether sitting out under the overhead string lights at night or on one of the many decks, this house has an awesome view of Smith Lake to enjoy from the deck, living room, or screened-in porch! It is conveniently located near Smith Lake Park, Speegle's Marina, Smith Lake Zipline, Slippery Summit Aqua Park, WildWater Park (slides, wavepool, etc), Whitlock's Cafe, 2 produce stands, other restaurants, & only 6 miles from I-65, Exit 305 (County Road 222). Cappy's Boat Rental is less than 1/4 of a mile from the Whitehouse. It’s a perfect location to make memories with family or friends!

This house has 5 bedrooms, including a double-bunk room with a television. There are two full bathrooms and 1 washer/ 2 dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your stay easy & enjoyable. Lots of seating areas inside and outside. For your entertainment, there is a game room in the basement with a pool table, dart board, and a Foosball table, as well as a mounted television. On first floor you’ll find board games and lots of dvds to choose from. Two kayaks and a paddle board are also provided for your use.

This property offers tons of room outdoors for enjoying the view of the lake while relaxing or sunning on one of the spacious decks or enjoying your morning coffee on the screened-in porch. Charcoal grill & gas grill (with gas provided) are on the deck for cooking out as well as fire pit with seating for cooking your hotdogs and s'mores! Lots of graveled parking included for guests and boat trailers.

Wander down the easy, winding rock pathway to the pier which has a 10 x 14 swim deck on dock. There is room to tie up your boats or wave runners to dock and side of ramp. There is also a boat ramp 1/4 mile from the Whitehouse to launch your boats for a $5 donation (put in box). You can also park trailers (if needed beside Cappy's -launch in front if Cappy's Boat Rental).

There is a tv in each room & they are Roku- with strong WiFi.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The dock does not have water under it when the water level is 502 or below (this is in early fall sometimes, winter, & very early spring); however, there is always water access from the lot. Send a message to the property manager for more information about the current lake water level or check smithlake.info for current level.
