“Overall it’s a great property. It rained all weekend so we were unable to take advantage of the beach or golf course.
Be sure to ask for turnover service if you want it- they will not clean your room unless you ask. They didn’t tell us this when we checked in which is why I gave it four stars.”

“I spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didn’t mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise.”
