The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. “Arriving on Monday the rooms AC unit wasn’t properly working. I let staff know a few times throughout the week that the AC was on 66 but it was 81 degrees in the room!!! They had maintenance come a few times to try and fix it but it didn’t work. I asked for fans because of how hot it was, they said they didn’t have any. But when maintenance came for the second time I asked him and he gave me two fans. It was still 80 in our room, they didn’t offer us to move rooms until the day before we were...
