“The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. Jessica was verry nice and under standing, and she alwas got back to me if i had any questions. We had a great time very much recommended, we are hoping to stay there again sometime.”

Not a nice experience when I opened up the door to see someone was living there. They were very nice about the intrusion and had said we were not the first to show up at their house not the rental next door. 2. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think that is job 1 for a rental. “The house was great—clean, uncluttered and comfortable throughout. Our family of 6 had plenty of space with beds unused even. Our 12 year old loved the 70’s room in the basement and instantly claimed that bedroom for himself. The house is older and smells a little stuffy at first. We didn’t notice it after about the first 30 seconds inside. I absolutely recommend this home!”

“We were looking for a location near the Drake Campus for graduation ceremonies. When I originally booked the home, I was charged an additional 50 for early checkin. I neither requested or needed this. I only discovered it after I noticed the charges seemed high. “It was hard to see the address and the neighbors were not very helpful. The decor and games downstairs was amazing but the bedrooms need a little TLC. The pictures need to show outside so people know where they are really staying. The area was a little sketchy.”

“Great place to stay. Very clean. Beautiful backyard. But it is advertised as having 3 queen beds. It does NOT. Very disappointing when you plan on what the advertisement said. I have pointed this out to the management and was not offered any compensation for the misrepresentation.”
