“Not sure about all the rooms, but the room I was in I had to fix the toilet handle and the shower head. With all the open drinking I saw this wasn't surprising”

“Nasty hotel in my life water bottle price $4 no ice no microw nasty carpet smell all around booked for 2 nights but left it early in the morning after 1st night lose my $380 for rooms God bless all for your trip over 9 stars lol”

“Expedia had such a great price that I booked the king Suite. We had a fairly large sitting area with a couch, desk coffee table and large tv. We also had a floor to ceiling window. Our bedroom was totally separate from the rest of the suite. Large closet and comfortable bed. The best part was the indoor pool. My son and I loved it.”

“Pros: First look lobby looks pretty. Cold AC in room. Toiletries provided. Cons: Carpet in room felt sticky and there was a wet spot near the bed. The tub faucet had hair on it, no complimentary water bottles, only one elevator is working. Breakfast was okay but not so much tea packet selection and almost empty. Breakfast area furnitures are already peeling.”

“The rooms were dirty. Coffee pot in room had old coffee drippings and the cups were not clean. There was mold on the shower curtain. The elevators and ice machines did not work. The smell of the carpet in the hallway was terrible. The paint was peeling off the wall. There was dust and hair in the corners of the rooms. I was booked for an entire week. After one night of sleep and getting no sleep because the A/C in the room did not cool, I checked out. I have never been so disappointed with a...
